Depending on the role, you may receive a technical assessment, coding challenge, or role play.
This step gives us the opportunity to see you in action and better understand how you approach real situations related to the role.
Duration: up to 1 week

A final interview with members of the team and someone from the People team, focused on collaboration, cultural alignment, and overall fit. This step helps both sides validate how we would work together, beyond technical skills.

We will contact a former manager you reported to in order to gain additional insight into your experience and working style.
